The 6500A High Current EV Connector Temperature Rise Test System is designed for evaluating thermal performance of electric vehicle charging connectors under high current conditions.
The system applies controlled current up to 6500A and measures temperature changes at terminals, contacts and conductive parts to verify EV charging interface safety and reliability.
It is suitable for EV plug, socket outlet and vehicle connector testing according to IEC 62196 requirements.
