Product Overview
The IEC 62196 EV Plug and Socket Temperature Rise Test System is designed to evaluate the thermal performance of electric vehicle charging connectors, plugs and socket-outlets.
The system performs temperature rise tests by applying rated current to EV charging interfaces and measuring temperature changes at terminals and contact points.
It is suitable for testing AC and DC charging connectors according to IEC 62196-1 and IEC 62196-3 requirements, helping manufacturers verify electrical safety and thermal performance of EV charging components.
